Peut-on retomber en enfance avec ce gâteau qui a marqué nos goûters ?
En plein milieu d’après-midi, ce fut une demande de la part de mon petit frère, qui n’est plus si petit mais bien plus grand que moi maintenant ! 🙂
Temps de préparation : 20 min – Temps de cuisson : 15 min
Niveau de difficulté : Facile
Les indispensables : 1 moule carré et 1 moule à cake
POUR RÉALISER UN NAPOLITAIN, IL VOUS FAUT :
Ingrédients
Les génoises
3 oeufs
80g de sucre
150g de beurre mou
250g de farine
1 pincée de sel
1/2 sachet de levure chimique
1 cuillère à soupe de chocolat en poudre
La ganache au chocolat
75g de chocolat noir
60ml de crème fraîche entière
Préparation
Les génoises
Préchauffez le four à 180°
Dans un saladier, mélangez les œufs et le sucre, ajoutez le beurre fondu. Ensuite, incorporez la farine tamisée, la levure chimique et le sel, mélangez afin d’obtenir un préparation homogène.
Séparez la pâte dans deux saladiers, 2/3 qui servira pour la génoise nature et 1/3 pour celle au chocolat, pour cela ajoutez le cacao et mélangez.
Habillés vos moules de papier cuisson, puis versez la génoise nature dans le moule carré et celle au chocolat dans le moule à cake.
Direction le four durant 15 minutes !
A la sortie du four, démouler les génoises et laissez-les refroidir sur une grille.
Une fois cette étape faite, séparez la génoise nature en deux dans le sens de la longueur.
Si vos génoises natures et chocolat ne font pas la même tailles, essayez de les recouper afin d’obtenir un joli rectangle.
La ganache au chocolat
Disposez le chocolat dans un bol
Portez à ébullition la crème, puis versez-la sur le chocolat, mélangez afin d’obtenir une ganache homogène.
Le montage
Alternez entre génoise nature – ganache – génoise chocolat – ganache – génoise nature puis ganache au chocolat à nouveau pour éviter le glaçage, ainsi rendre le gâteau moins lourd.
Laisser refroidir 1 heure au réfrigérateur afin que les ganaches durcissent.
